Dear Dairy,
Rilla is such a wonderful baby. She is all smiles.
She definitely has her dad wrapped around her little finger.
We have had some rainy weather lately but that hasn’t stopped us from being active. Ron and Robb love to dance to the stereo.
I have been spending time each day running on the treadmill and increasing my fitness skills.
On the day of “Summer Bash,” the weather was beautiful. We invited over all of our family and friends for a pool party. We went swimming.
I grilled burgers for everyone.
We sat around the pool, enjoying the sun and visiting.
While playing on the Jungle Gym, Ron reached level 10 in the motor skill and completed his aspiration.
It was also my adult birthday. I managed to complete 15 books during my time as a young adult. Considering I also completed a distinguished degree and gave birth to three kids I am happy with that number.
Later that night we received word that my cousin Thaddeus is now the father of a baby girl named Halle. My nephew Richard is now the father of a baby boy named Cedric.
Adan has been working with Robb on his thinking skills. I believe it is the only skill he hasn’t maxed yet.
Rilla aged up into an adorable toddler. She has her dad’s black hair and brown eyes but my skin tone and freckles.
She is super smart and already reached level 2 in communication.
One day after my adult birthday and I have already completed my 16th novel.
It was also time to celebrate both Ron and Robb’s birthdays.
Robb is a bookworm and wants to be a whiz kid.
Ron is an outgoing genius who wants to be a Jungle Explorer.
We had a big party to celebrate their birthdays. There was talking, dancing, a video game tournament, and of course cake.
The next day the weather was beautiful so we decided to once again visit the park in Oasis Springs. Ron helped his brother work on the Whiz Kid aspiration by playing chess.
Rilla worked on movement by going up and down the slide.
Adan went around collecting treasures.
Robb later went to play with some kids his own age and met this adorable blonde girl.
Partway through our outing, I had to leave for work. While I was sad to miss part of a fun-filled Saturday with my family I did manage to earn a promotion.
Everyone was having so much fun we stayed at the park well into the evening. Rilla managed to reach level 3 in the movement skill.
Robb and I played two games of chess.
When we got home Ron gave his sister a bath before helping tuck her into bed.
Dear Diary . . .
I have managed to write two more books and am now at 18 total. If you add that to my father’s 30 books and my grandmother’s 25 that makes 73 total books.
While I have been busy writing the kids have been busy skill-building and/or working on their aspiration milestones. Rilla has already reached level 5 in communications.
Adan has been helping Robb with his Whiz Kid aspiration.
Our family continues to grow. My cousin Julie just announced that she is having her second child with husband Aiden Bjergsen. My second cousin Taylor Edge is having her first child with ex-boyfriend Kayson Villareal. Sadly Kayson isn’t in the picture and wants nothing to do with the baby.
I realized we have all been so busy lately that it has been too long since I spent time with my extended family. Therefore, for Spooky Day, Adan and I hosted a big party. There was music, dancing, and amazing costumes.
I thought Rilla looked especially adorable in her little witch costume.
We had pumpkin carving stations.
A girl from the neighborhood came by trick-or-treating and stayed to chat with Robb.
I was thrilled my brother Arthur could make it. He is an elder now so I know he won’t be around much longer.
I have been writing up a storm lately and managed to publish three more books. That brings my total to 21 and family’s total to 76.
Rilla has maxed her potty, movement and communication skills. She is at level 3 in imagination and level 2 in thinking. Therefore, Adan and I have been taking turns doing flashcards with her.
Robb has been spending time with Lydia Neumann, the girl who came by trick-or-treating on Spooky Day.
Before going to bed, Robb and I read together and he completed his first aspiration milestone.
Speaking of important milestones, Adan and I have both reached some as well. For starters, I was promoted to Best Selling Author. I am now only one promotion away from reaching the top of the writing career.
While out looking for treasures, Adan found the last fossil he needed to complete his collection and aspiration. He decided to pursue the fishing aspiration next.
The boys both have a B+ in school so they worked carefully on their extra credit projects in hopes of getting their grades up to an A.
My cousin Julia and her husband just welcomed baby boy Jamison into the family. My cousin Carla’s daughter Taylor also gave birth to a baby boy. His name is Antony.
It is Rilla’s birthday and she is trying to earn as many skills as she can before it’s time to blow out the candles on her cake. She played pretend in the toddler jungle gym and reached level 4 in imagination.
Then after her nap, she reached level 4 in the thinking skill watching me cook. She can now ask “Why?” which she does a lot.
Later that evening we had a big party for Rilla. Her dad helped her blow out her candles.
She is an adorable little girl who loves music. She is also a social butterfly.
Everyone was having a blast at the party talking and dancing.
Until the grim reaper showed up for my brother Arthur.
I can’t believe my brother is gone.
